Custom package

Common questions
Yes. The standard arrangement is 50% on contracting to start work and 50% on final delivery. Projects above SAR 60,000 are split across agreed delivery milestones.

No. All listed prices exclude 15% Value Added Tax, which is added on the official tax invoice.
It varies by package (from one to three rounds). A revision means adjustments within the agreed scope; changing the scope itself is quoted separately.
Advisory services are non-refundable once execution has started, as permitted under Saudi regulations. Cancellation before work begins is fully refunded. Details are in the Refund Policy.
